REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 3 years of experience as a general accountant / accounting manager Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting management systems **\*Extensive knowledge and experience in taxes.\*** Age between 30 and 45 years Proficiency in individual (personal) accounting Experience in personnel management Skills and competencies: Proactive analytical ability, common sense, honesty, ethics, and responsibility RESPONSIBILITIES: Review bank balances Review income and expenses for tax payments Control and execution of supplier payments Identify anticipated monetary needs Perform bank reconciliations Prepare financial statements and reports according to applicable current regulations Monitor and control custody of source documentation supporting company operations and ensure accounting records are stored in an appropriate, easily accessible archive for consultation Process tax payments Determination, calculation, and filing of tax and social contributions (Income Tax, VAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) Manage accounts receivable and their balances Develop and monitor monthly performance indicators (KPIs) WE OFFER Monthly salary $25,000.00 Benefits exceeding legal requirements Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Position type: Full-time Position type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
