**Job Summary**
The Medi\-Spa Physician administers cosmetic medical procedures to on onboard guests. They must possess the clinical knowledge to administer these procedures, safely and effectively, and be able to explain accurately all aspects of the products and services, to the guests. We are seeking a **Credit and Risk Manager** who has the vision to turn data into decisions, someone who looks beyond daily operations and can ensure that every move is supported by solid analysis, technical judgment, and strategic focus.
Develop your skills and unlock greater potential:
\* Coordinate risk assessments of operations, identify key risks, and participate in credit, collections, and strategy committees.
\* Make decisions regarding collateral and loan restructurings.
\* Keep the Credit Manual updated, analyze collateral, appraisals, and restructurings, and supervise payments and preventive collections.
\* Lead and coordinate the risk department to ensure efficient results.
What profile are we looking for?
\* Proven experience as a Manager in risk analysis and/or credit within the financial or banking sector **(other industries are excluded)**.
\* Background in Finance, Financial Administration, or Systems.
\* Knowledge of risk analysis, financial mathematics, and real estate collateral.
\* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
**\* Only candidates residing in Guadalajara and ZMG will be considered**.
