The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the food industry and be capable of making informed decisions to drive the company's growth and development. **Responsibilities or activities:** 1\.\- Directly responsible for supervising assistant managers to meet their production goals. 2\.\- Establish and monitor compliance with Quality (KPIs), reliability, technical efficiency, and response time indicators. 3\.\- Measure the efficiency of each production department and implement continuous improvement. 4\.\- Review and improve processes and innovate. 5\.\- Conduct site visits in production departments to ensure compliance with all safety measures, machinery maintenance, facility upkeep, product quality, and food safety standards. 6\.\- Report and follow-up to deputy general management. 7\.\- Review processes and required staffing levels for production. **Requirements or experience:** **.** : Industrial Engineer / Food Engineering (certified) · 10 years of experience · Personnel management · HACCP/Hazards, 5 preliminary steps/ Form HACCP team, Describe the product, Identify intended use, Describe the process and map the production flow, 7 HACCP Principles/Conduct hazard analysis and identify preventive measures, Determine CCPs, Establish corrective actions to be taken when monitoring indicates a specific CCP is not under control, Establish verification procedures to confirm the HACCP system is functioning effectively, and Establish documentation for all procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices, Foreign material control and cross-contamination, Allergen and sensitive chemical control, Pest control, Chemical control, Traceability, POES, Glass and hard plastic control.
