Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Position Objective** Ensure comprehensive, functional architectural design aligned with quality standards, regulations, and corporate strategy, as well as coordinate architectural projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring each real estate development adds value, innovation, and sustainability to the Group's portfolio. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise the architectural development of projects, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic objectives * Manage relationships with architecture firms, design suppliers, and regulatory authorities, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency. * Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in architectural design to strengthen the competitiveness and positioning of the real estate portfolio. * Carry out activities related to personnel management. **Experience** * 5 years. Architectural design * 5 years. Medium and large-scale real estate projects **Knowledge** * National urban and construction regulations (and preferably international). * Project management (PMP certification or similar desirable). * Interdisciplinary coordination (structures, installations, landscaping). * Sustainability, energy efficiency, and responsible design. * BIM modeling and CAD tools.
