Position Summary: Grupo Carbel, an expanding pharmaceutical laboratory, is seeking a Validation Manager to supervise production, coordinate planning, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations. Manages planning and tracking of manufacturing batches. Grupo Carbel, a pharmaceutical laboratory, is seeking, due to expansion: Validation Manager **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or related field * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Gender: Unrestricted * Easy access to El Salto **2 years of experience** **Job-related knowledge:** * Production control * Process control * Costs * Time and motion studies * Supply chain * Inventory control * ERP * MRP **Responsibilities and duties:** * Monitor compliance with current procedures and the internal work regulations of the department under their supervision * Develop the quarterly production program aligned with the commercial area’s sales program * Develop the raw material requisition program based on the quarterly production program * Develop a monthly program specifying delivery dates for released Finished Products, enabling the logistics department to schedule shipments * Prepare reports for the Operations Manager to support budgetary decision-making in planning * Provide a list of operations for the batches to be manufactured during the current month, including product presentation, to facilitate issuance of manufacturing and packaging orders * Track batches to ensure adherence to scheduled dates outlined in the monthly production program **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork * Initiative * Planning and organization * Adherence to regulations * Effective communication **We Offer:** * Work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary: $30,000.00 – $32,000.00 MXN (gross monthly) * 9 paid leave days (birthday, May 10, Holy Thursday and Good Friday, October 12, November 1 and 2, December 24 and 31) * 26-day Christmas bonus * 13 vacation days upon completion of first year * 26% vacation premium Salary: $30,000.00 – $32,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
