




Store Manager A leading telecommunications company in Mexico is seeking a Store Manager to work at the Movistar customer service center. WORK LOCATION: Isla Altacia León. Blvd. Aeropuerto No. 104, Cerrito de Jerez, 37545 León de los Aldama, Gto. Key Responsibilities: * Support coordination and supervision of staff; enhance organizational profitability by designing sales strategies. * Monitor achievement of goals and commercial proposals, as well as ensure proper follow-up on processes across departments. * Manage the store’s sales team. * Assist in employee training and development. * Support customers with inquiries and problem resolution. * Perform administrative tasks. * Maintain ongoing communication with leadership regarding newly opened or closed positions. * Adhere to store objectives. Requirements: * Valid basic documentation. IMMEDIATE HIRING. * Prior experience in similar roles. * Professional appearance. * Strong customer service skills. * Basic computer proficiency. * Flexible availability for shifts. * Completed bachelor’s degree (CERTIFICATE REQUIRED). Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekly days off.
