Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues. Lead and supervise the customer service specialist team. Authorize refunds and compensation within established limits. Implement and optimize incident management processes. Refund Authorization Evaluate and authorize refund requests. Manage financial processes associated with refunds. Team Development and Supervision Supervise staff performance and motivation. Set objectives and goals for the customer service team. Evaluate individual and team performance. Train and develop the team in customer service skills, conflict resolution, and sales. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer Relations Maintain proactive communication with customers to anticipate and resolve issues. Implement customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback. Maintain consistent and effective communication with customers across various channels. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify improvement opportunities. Process Optimization Identify and improve internal processes to increase efficiency. Implement and supervise customer service policies. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for customer service improvement. Develop and implement action plans to improve KPIs. Research and propose new tools and technologies to optimize customer service. Reporting and Analysis Generate periodic reports on customer service metrics. Analyze trends and propose data-driven improvements. Risk trends. Decision-making and problem resolution. Team performance. WE OFFER Monthly salary: $30,000–$35,000 net. Statutory benefits.
