Minimum desirable experience of 3 years as floor manager or supervisor, having worked demonstrably in automotive repair shops, tire shops, or vehicle maintenance. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, alignment, balancing, and mounting. Excellent personal presentation. Valid driver's license. No issues with commuting to the work location: Av Clouthier 462, Lomas de Guadalupe, next to the restaurant La Perla del Pacifico. Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, with Sundays off. **Responsibilities:** Direct customer service at the branch. Quotations. Sales generation. Work order management and administrative control. Technical advisory in automotive mechanics. **We Offer:** $3,500 monthly nominal weekly salary. Attractive biweekly commission scheme up to $5,000 pesos (according to targets). All statutory benefits.
