**Your Job:**We are looking for a **Transportation Specialist** to plan, coordinate, and optimize transportation activities to ensure efficient, cost\-effective, and timely deliveries. This role will evaluate trade and customs requirements, carrier rates, and transit times while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless supply chain execution. **Our Team:** You'll join the DSS division at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and external partners such as carriers and vendors. Our team is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement in logistics processes. **What You Will Do:** * Create routing instructions for new customers and evaluate tariff impact * Maintain and review routing guides, ensuring shipping instructions are complete and accurate * Support inbound and outbound coordination for DSS division and proactively communicate status * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage shipments and exceptions * Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Prepare reports and communicate results to the organization **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2\-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles managing freight and carriers * Experience using SAP for shipping instructions and routing guides * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines * Proficiency in shipping documentation and compliance with transportation regulations **What Will Put You Ahead:** * Team\-oriented and collaborative mindset * Proactive, solution\-driven approach with ability to implement contingency actions * Strong commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency **Who We Are:**As a Koch company, Molex is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions, enabling innovation in industries ranging from automotive to healthcare.
