We are looking for a Coordinadora Formativa for Casa Hogar Alegría in Guadalajara Minimum preferred experience of 5 years as a social worker in the field (processing paperwork, knowledge of government agencies, etc.) Must have experience working with children from infants to adolescents Must possess a valid and current driver's license (mandatory) Responsibilities: Provide timely support and emotional containment to beneficiaries by thoroughly understanding each individual's emotional, academic, and health needs. Ensure planning, implementation, and evaluation of the educational development program. Coordinate and supervise assistant staff activities according to the needs and established educational plan. Manage and oversee all documentation and processes for girls in upper primary and secondary sections. Monitor and support each girl's autonomy plan, maintaining close communication with teachers and all girls in their section.
