Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Employee** Trust-based employee**Position Objective** Manage and execute the travel expense process (from request submission through payment release) using the designated system, in strict compliance with authorized policies and procedures. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Analyze received documents related to travel expenses, events, and invoices to process them in accordance with authorization policies and procedures. * Manage, reconcile, and settle employee corporate card balances with the respective banking institution. * Administer fixed travel funds for Group employees. * Manage and reconcile credit card statements regarding payments made to travel agencies with the corresponding banking institutions. * Carry out collection procedures for charges made via corporate card and/or pending travel expenses requiring verification. * Perform settlement of Group employees’ creditor accounts related to travel expenses.
