Main responsibilities of the position: · Coordinate the planning and scheduling of high-complexity projects to meet project objectives. 1.1. Monitor and control projects, verifying compliance with established scope, timelines, and costs. 1.2. Effectively manage project scope, ensuring that objectives are met, control is maintained, and client expectations are satisfied. 1.3. Ensure resources are used efficiently, costs are kept under control, and financial goals and project deadlines are achieved. 1.4. Coordinate under the quality management system to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. 1.5. Maintain effective communication management, ensuring all stakeholders and team members are informed, involved, and aligned with project objectives. 2* Educational level:* 2.1 Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Automation, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field. 3. Languages: 3.1 Intermediate English (spoken and written). 4. Experience: 4.1 Project management in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors. 4.2 Management of multiple simultaneous projects, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks and resources. 4.3 Coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, quality, and regulatory. 4.4 Management of projects with significant budgets and adherence to strict deadlines. 4.5 Experience implementing project management systems, such as progress tracking and reporting tools. 4.6 Conflict resolution and negotiation with stakeholders to ensure project success. 5. Knowledge: 5.1 Principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, control, and project closure. 5.2 Regulations and standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standards. 5.3 Effective communication with all project stakeholders, including technical teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 5.4 Management of project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risks, and procurement. 5.5 Risk management in pharmaceutical projects, as well as implementation of mitigation strategies. 5.6 Efficient and effective decision-making, creative problem solving, and adaptability to changes in the project environment. 5.7 Preparation and presentation of project progress reports, analysis of deviations, and proposals for improvements.
