**Document Control Administrator**

**Position Objective**
To administer and monitor the **employee document control processes** for various clients, ensuring timely retrieval of signed documents, accurate file traceability, and consistently professional service.
**Required Education**
* Experience in administrative matters.
**Work Experience**
* Document management and administration.
* Administrative follow-up with clients for document retrieval.
* Database and reporting management.
* Direct client service and interaction, as well as pending-item follow-up.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Administrative processes for **file** control.
* **Intermediate Excel** (database management and tracking).
* Physical and digital document organization and safeguarding.
* Use of **electronic signature platforms** (preferably Doc2Sign or similar).
* Preparation of client-specific reports.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Registration and control of employee **onboarding and offboarding**.
* Tracking of contracts and documentation sent for signature.
* Sending and monitoring via electronic signature platform.
* Proactive retrieval of pending documentation.
* Preparation of individual and general reports.
* Safeguarding of files in physical and digital formats.
* Direct coordination with clients to collect signatures and documents.
* Internal administrative management related to signing processes.
* In-person client visits when necessary.

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Salary:** $12,000 MXN monthly gross \| Biweekly payment
