Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst for Grupo Paraíso, responsible for accounting and tax operations, design of financial and tax strategies, and provision of key information for decision-making. Provision of key information for decision-making ***Grupo Paraíso*** is a company that markets products in the nuts, seeds, and spices sector across the United Mexican States. We are looking for a **FINANCIAL ANALYST**, who will serve as the right-hand support to the General Management on all numerical and financial matters — i.e., maintaining impeccable accounting and tax operations, designing financial and tax strategies, and providing key information for decision-making. Key responsibilities include: \- Financial and strategic planning \- Cash flow and treasury management \- Accounting and financial control \- Tax strategy \- Costs and profitability analysis \- Payroll and social security contributions \- Management indicators and reports \- Leadership of the work team \* These responsibilities are illustrative and not exhaustive. **Requirements:** \- Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounting and finance. \* At least 1 year in financial leadership roles (preferred). \- Education: \- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (mandatory). \- Master’s degree in Finance or Taxation (preferred). \- Professional license and degree certificate (preferred). \- Competitive advantage: Proficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and accounting and tax strategies. **We Offer:** \- Initial weekly salary of $6,000.00, tax-free. \- Statutory benefits. \- Social Security \- Vacation days \- Vacation bonus \- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) \- Job stability **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $25,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * What experience do you have in developing and implementing accounting and tax strategies?
