Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and materials **Objective** Operate CNC equipment to optimally manufacture precise and repetitive machined parts; contributing to production process efficiency and quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Set up and prepare the CNC machine prior to production, ensuring it is properly calibrated and equipped with required tools. * Load materials into the CNC machine and ensure they are securely clamped to prevent unintended movement during machining. * Load pre-established machining programs or make simple adjustments to CNC programs according to job specifications. * Monitor CNC machine operation during machining, checking measurements and quality of produced parts. * Perform visual and dimensional inspections of produced parts using measuring instruments to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. * Carry out basic maintenance tasks on the CNC machine, such as regular lubrication and cleaning. * Support other functions within the department as required. **Requirements:** * ***Availability to rotate shifts*** * Relevant technical degree * Experience operating **HAAS machining centers** * Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings * Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAMWorks * Knowledge of G-code and M-code * Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, engineering plastics, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Meal vouchers Application Question(s): * Are you available to rotate shifts?
