Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Manager to supervise customs clearance, coordinate key departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise customs clearance at all stages 2. Coordinate the areas of assessment, classification, and notification 3. Optimize clearance times and reduce operational errors We Require: Operational Manager Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position Responsibilities: \- Supervise the proper execution of customs clearance at all stages \- Coordinate the areas of assessment, classification, and notification \- Ensure compliance with current customs legislation \- Optimize clearance times and reduce operational errors \- Ensure correct tariff classification \- Train and develop personnel under their supervision \- Prepare operational reports and present results \- Maintain direct communication with strategic clients on operational matters \- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions We Offer: \- $26,000 net of taxes per month \- SGMM \- Statutory benefits \- $2,000 monthly food vouchers Salary: $26,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
