Gender: Not specified Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position. Flexible working hours Cleaning staff and polishers team (56 positions total, 3 supervisors — one per shift) \* Customer service. \* Employee support. \* Maintain direct contact with the Route Supervisor for service administration. \* Plan and organize services jointly with Supervisors. \* Provide Supervisors with necessary forms for their daily tasks. \* Provide service feedback to Supervisors. \* Maintain daily attendance and incident records for personnel. \* Coordinate and supervise assigned personnel. \* Prepare overtime, holiday, etc. reports when applicable and submit them to the Route Supervisor. \* Ensure materials are properly labeled. \* Request required service materials from the Route Supervisor. \* Manage materials. \* Conduct daily inspections at the service center to verify that work routines are being performed. \* Administer monthly service surveys to users. \* Place monthly material orders. \* Review service bonuses with the client. \* Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
