This position provides direct support to the recruitment team and offers **an opportunity for growth into a Human Resources Generalist role**, as the candidate develops within the team. Main Responsibilities * Posting job openings on job boards and social media. * Field recruitment when required. * Reviewing and screening resumes. * Initial contact with candidates to validate profile and interest. * Coordinating and scheduling interviews with supervisors and department heads. * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. * Onboarding process. * Supporting the integration of personnel files for new employees. * Updating databases and tracking active job openings. * Administrative support in Human Resources processes. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * **2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources**. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Organizational skills and process follow-up capability. * Basic Excel proficiency.
