**Main Functions and Responsibilities**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktop computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
* Diagnose hardware and software failures, carry out repairs, and replace components as needed.
* Install and configure operating systems (Windows and macOS).
* Assist in managing and inventorying equipment, spare parts, and work materials.
* Record incidents, document interventions, and follow up on repairs.
* Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment and the work area.
**Desired Knowledge and Skills**
* Solid knowledge of PC hardware: assembly, disassembly, and component identification.
* Basic experience installing Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools (microscope, multimeter, heat station, among others).
* Analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
