Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer to manage the entire sample process, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery in a manufacturing environment. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end sample process management from quotation to delivery. 2. Technical support for mass production and continuous process improvement. 3. Maintenance of relationships with customer engineering teams. **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer to manage the full sample process — from quotation planning to customer delivery — ensuring quality standards and on-time performance in a packaging manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Quotation data planning and initiation of test lists, as well as preparation of raw materials * Confirmation of drawing paper, test materials, blade pattern imposition, and print imposition * Tracking of sample progress and color proofing * Preparation of sample acknowledgment documents and coordination of shipments to customers * Development of BOMs and package specifications * Management and communication of engineering changes * Technical support for mass production and assistance in exception handling * Maintenance of relationships with customer engineering personnel and improvement of mass production processes **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, Packaging, or related field * Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or sample coordination (preferred) * Intermediate-to-advanced conversational English * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with BOM systems is a plus * Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic process flows **We Offer** * Stable schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 4 PM * On-site position at Kampus Santa Rosa, Carr. a Chapala * Dynamic work environment within a growing packaging company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service Language: * Intermediate English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
