




Job Summary: This role involves continuous monitoring of driver and unit trips, management of documentation, and effective communication with customers and operators. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of driver trips and operator documentation 2. Constant communication and support for customers and operators 3. Monitoring and tracking of units in the system Daily Responsibilities: 1\. Document driver trips. 2\. Send messages via Serious and verify new messages; inform the customer in case of any issues. 3\. Monitor unit status in the Serious system (twice daily). 4\. Receive trip documents from drivers and release trips in the SILT system. 5\. Record the sequence of completed trips. 6\. Document customer trips. 7\. Enter shipment tracking information into the customer-owned Distribution system. 8\. Receive and handle telephone calls from customers and operators. 9\. Receive and respond to internal communication messages via ICQ and satellite communication with drivers. 10\. Receive and answer telephone calls.
