Job Summary: Leads and optimizes the workshop's operational cycle—from engineering through to delivery—coordinating departments and ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and delivery logistics **Job Objective:** To lead and optimize the entire workshop operational cycle, ensuring smooth project transition from engineering and design to final delivery. Responsible for coordinating various departments (printing, CNC/laser cutting, painting, assembly, electrical installation, signage, etc.), guaranteeing finish quality, efficient use of materials (acrylic, Alucobond, metals, vinyl), and secure logistics for delivery or on-site installation. Key Responsibilities * **Workshop Structure and Organization:** * Define and maintain the logical project workflow: Drawing/Work Order Receipt → Cutting/Structuring → Painting → Printing/Signage → Assembly and Finishing → Packaging and Logistics. * Prevent bottlenecks between machine teams (large-format printers, routers) and manual work (assembly, vinyl depilation, detailing). * **Production and Workforce Management:** * Assign workloads to specialized staff (machine operators, welders, painters, sign makers, assemblers). * Coordinate production timelines based on client delivery schedules and on-site project deadlines. * **Finishing Process:** * Closely supervise the critical assembly and signage phase (vinyl application, LED module installation, light box or totem assembly). * Monitor paint drying and material curing times to avoid delays. * **Quality Control:** * Inspect color fidelity (tone matching), paint quality (no runs or dust), and perfect vinyl application (no bubbles). * Validate structural and electrical integrity (lighting) of signs before they leave the workshop. * **Logistics, Packaging, and Dispatch:** * Establish strict packaging protocols to protect delicate materials (acrylics, automotive paint) during transport. * Coordinate outbound logistics—whether for direct client delivery or loading vehicles used by installation crews for on-site work. Recommended Profile (Requirements) * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or extensive verifiable experience in the graphic and manufacturing industries. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** \* Familiarity with signage materials (acrylic, PVC, MDF, Alucobond, aluminum, cut/printed vinyl, LED lighting systems). * General understanding of equipment operation (CNC router, laser cutter, printing/cutting plotter, paint booths). * **Key Skills:** Leadership of multidisciplinary teams (technical operators and artisans), high attention to visual finishing detail, and ability to resolve technical issues on the spot.
