Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist to strengthen teams in the transportation and logistics sector, handling responsibilities ranging from personnel file administration to recruitment. We are currently supporting one of our clients in the **transportation and logistics sector** in searching for an **HR Generalist**. **Responsibilities** * Administration and control of personnel files. * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts and labor incidents. * Management of **registrations, cancellations, and changes with IMSS**. * Coordination and review of **pre-payroll**. * Recruitment and selection of **operational and administrative staff**. * Handling of labor relations and preparation of **administrative minutes**. * Ensuring **compliance with the Federal Labor Law** and responding to labor inspections. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field**. * **2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist**. * Experience in **small companies or the transportation/logistics sector** (preferred). * Knowledge of **Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, payroll processes, and intermediate Excel**. **We Are Looking For** An **organized, firm in managing labor relations, confidential, and results-oriented** individual capable of handling various HR department processes. **Work Location:** San Martín 116, Col.
