**All Posting Locations:** Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX **Job Functions:** Finance **Date Published:** October 2, 2025 **Ref#:** R-96948 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description ***Objective:*** Supervise and analyze expenses and purchases within the organization through control routines to develop and maintain standard costs for each material and finished product, managing overall cost and accounting system for the Supply Chain Finance area. ***Responsibilities:*** * Analyze expenses and cost transactions; ensure transactions are accurately recorded and properly assigned to corresponding projects and departments. * Provide detailed financial analysis and expense reports, including project cost breakdowns, forecasts of remaining expenses, and opportunities to improve efficiency. * Prepare periodic cost reconciliation reports with tracking data. * Examine data to help reduce costs across all operations and provide analytical support for projects. * Responsible for own cost control routines, CapEx accounting verification routines, fixed asset verification routines, and inventory control verification routines. Additionally, audit SKU information in SAP (BoM, Master Recipes, standard costs) to ensure cost accuracy. * Analyze and perform month-end closing routines, helping the company understand key variances and deviations from standard costs, ensuring correct cost allocations and calculations. * Contribute to the development of annual operating plans, budgets, and cost estimates for new products, including economic analysis (AOP).
