A leading security company is seeking AUDIT MANAGER Objective: An auditing professional who can add value to the organization by identifying opportunities within operational and administrative processes, conducting audits, and following up on preventive and corrective action plans. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Willingness to travel. Experience: Proven experience as an Audit Manager in companies with more than 500 employees and operations in multiple locations, preferably service-oriented companies. Ability to analyze large databases. Attention to detail, independent judgment, solid analytical skills, self-directed, proactive. Experience reporting to senior management and/or external auditors. Personnel management experience. Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting, administrative, and operational processes. Knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards. Understanding of COSO methodology and risk management. Advanced proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using CONTPAQi system. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Intelisis, Oracle, etc.). Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the audit plan, determining priorities and specific needs. Carry out the entire audit cycle, including risk and control management to ensure operational effectiveness, financial credibility, and compliance with all applicable organizational policies and regulations. Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting, administrative, and operational documentation; create flowcharts, process maps, etc. Prepare and present audit reports reflecting audit findings. Follow up on action plans and commitments agreed upon with audited departments.
