**HSE SUPERVISOR** Requirements * Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field. * Knowledge of applicable regulations in Health, Safety and Environment (STPS, OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, SEMARNAT, etc.), as well as identification and processing of permits and authorizations with government agencies in HSSE matters. * Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO14001, ISO 9001\), among others in the ISO system. * Implementation of indicators for developing programs and procedures aligned with the culture of SAFETY AS A VALUE, as well as the integrated management system. * Hazard identification and risk analysis for design, processes, documentation, audit management, as well as development of guidelines and programs. Functions to perform: * Document and supervise the execution of procedures established by the corporate, including health, personal safety, asset security and environmental plans and programs. * Develop and update assigned procedures that allow establishing and standardizing company safety guidelines, aligned with ISO standards and legislative requirements. * Train and advise on the implementation of applicable procedures, as well as best practices that strengthen organizational performance from the standpoint of health, occupational and asset safety, and environmental care. * Conduct inspections and other site visits to the assigned location to generate action plans that mitigate findings and enable timely follow-up on identified risks ensuring safe conditions for MITINFRA's operational processes. * Contribute to the preparation and execution of communication campaigns, awareness, training, commitment and engagement of all MITINFRA stakeholders for the implementation of procedures, as well as promote good prevention and self-care practices based on SAFETY as a VALUE. Work schedule: * Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.
