You will be the cornerstone ensuring our NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production processes operate with absolute integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Global System Configuration:** Manage and develop high-complexity Bill of Materials (BOM) using **Agile PLM** and **SAP ERP**. * **Lifecycle Management (ECO/MCO):** Execute Engineering Change Orders with precision and manage deviations, ensuring each change is implemented without disrupting manufacturing flow. * **Technical Integration:** Collaborate with Engineering teams to accurately translate designs from **SolidWorks** and **AutoCAD** into operational floor structures. * **Data Assurance:** Conduct systematic audits in Agile and SAP to ensure no discrepancies impact planning or quality. * **Cross-Functional Support:** Work closely with Planning, Procurement, and Quality teams to optimize the supply chain based on product technical information. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field). * **Systems (Mandatory):** Proven, solid experience with **Agile PLM** and **SAP**. * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-4 years in Product Engineering or Process Engineering roles within the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) sector. * **Design Software:** Ability to interpret and work with drawings in **SolidWorks** and **AutoCAD**. * **Language:** Technical English for communication with global teams.
