IT support experience required We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated IT Support Technicians to join a global technology delivery team that will provide on-site technical operations support IT support experience is required in the following areas: SCCM Blue screen error  Service now  Microsoft Migration  Difference between PST and OST files Service request and Incident ticket  Priorities of the tickets  Office 365 Active directory  SLA's , Incident management  Microsoft Intune and autopilot  MFP (Printers) issues occur with jailbroken or rooted devices Xerox or similar enterprise-level printers HDD, SSD OSD for Imaging . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Risk acceptance, IT, Help desk, Microsoft Office, Operations, Service now, Operating systems, Support, Technical support
