Our core activities focus on the development, marketing, implementation, and support of software. · We are currently seeking talent for the position of SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER · Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administrative Informatics, Informatics, Computer Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 or later Database analysis, modification, and design Essential knowledge of administrative systems and processes Desirable experience in ERP implementation and support · Responsibilities: · Handling requests, managing and modifying databases. Generating reports Providing customer support to resolve incidents occurring in developed tools. Providing technical support and maintenance for tools. Analyzing and developing end-user requirements using proprietary or external tools (SQL, Visual Basic, etc.). Providing user consulting on tool usage.
