Drive store sales through exceptional service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education, **verifiable**. * Availability and customer service attitude. * Previous experience in sales and/or hospitality, minimum 6 months, preferred. * **English required** **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in brand service. 2\. Assess customer needs. 3\. Manage the sales process in-store and over the phone. 4\. Monitor and achieve branch sales targets. 5\. Provide excellent after-sales service. 6\. Maintain a database of customers seeking out-of-stock products. **Job Activities** 1\. Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone. 2\. Offer assistance and information to customers about the brand and product features. 3\. Process sales at the point of sale. 4\. Handle customer payments for products in-store. 5\. Manage merchandise returns. 6\. Collaborate with team members to perform cross-selling or increase customer purchase value. 7\. Follow inventory control procedures. 8\.
