Join our team! ***Requirements*** * Flexible availability for work schedule * Punctual and responsible * Completed high school education * Attention to detail * Proactive, organized, and meticulous individual * Prior knowledge of cutting patterns and garment construction preferred (not mandatory) ***Responsibilities and/or Activities*** * Prepare materials for printing and sublimation * Sublimate garments and various materials * Print garments or components (e.g., labels or any type of printing) * Operate tools and machinery in the production area (calender / heat presses / printing and cutting plotters) * Assemble and prepare all types of garments and accessories (e.g., attaching grommets to hoodies / pins / replacing rings / applying stickers) * Record and report activities, documenting each completed task * Package garments and accessories (folding, labeling, bagging) * Cut fabric (e.g., fronts, backs, sleeves, collars, hats, etc.) * Label, fold, and package finished products for shipment * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Provide operational support * Support company events, both within and outside the city ***Work Schedule*** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ***We Offer*** * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly salary payment * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus * Additional vacation days beyond statutory requirements * Job stability * Store product discount * Excellent work environment * Probationary contract with possibility of indefinite-term conversion Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Preferential discounts and pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application Question(s): * How may we contact you?
