A manufacturing-sector company is seeking an **Operations Manager** with experience in comprehensive management of production, logistics, and continuous improvement, oriented toward results, productivity, and process optimization. Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of objectives * Coordinate production, logistics, warehouse, and planning departments * Implement processes, controls, and performance indicators (KPIs) * Manage budgets, costs, and operational resources * Lead work teams and ensure goal attainment * Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards * Participate in strategic planning and operational decision-making Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree * Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager * Experience in manufacturing, textile, or apparel companies * Knowledge of production, supply chain, logistics, and warehousing * SAP ERP system proficiency * Experience in budget and cost control * Leadership, data analysis, and results-oriented mindset * Willingness to travel Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We seek a strategic thinker with leadership capability and proven experience driving operational efficiency in manufacturing environments.
