We are more than 121\.000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles—including finance specialists, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What are we looking for?** ========================== **MORTGAGE EXECUTIVE:** **Function:** **Performs comprehensive management of Banking Segment clients to achieve established objectives, following strategies and plans jointly defined with their Director, while expanding the client base and enhancing loyalty among existing clients through effective promotion of the product and service portfolio available across the network—ensuring bank profitability and delivering high-quality, personalized attention and service to clients** **Profile:** **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Finance.** **Experience in Mortgage Banking as a credit origination executive.** **2 years of sales experience (knowledge of Mortgage Loans, Real Estate, and notarial procedures).** **Client follow-up** **Appraisals** **Sales closing** **Credit file signings** **Responsibilities:** **Promotion and dissemination of BBVA’s individual Mortgage Loans across various customer segments and housing markets.** **Analysis, integration, and control of credit files.** **Follow-up until formalization of loans.** **Customer service** **Advisory and service support for clients in the open market,** **Remote sales clients.** **Real estate brokers.** **Housing developers.** **Mortgage loan procedures.** If you require any reasonable accommodation\* during your selection process, please inform the recruiter at your first contact.
