Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and honest custodian for garden and common area maintenance, as well as access control in a condominium, with responsibility to report irregularities. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of gardens and common areas. 2. Access control and entry/exit registration. 3. Stability and career development within the company. **Custodian for Condominium** * Garden maintenance (pruning, irrigation, fumigation, etc.) * Common area maintenance (cleaning, organization, painting, etc.) * Control and register vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit at the guardhouse. * Logbook registration * Report any irregularities or suspicious incidents. * Proficiency in computer equipment and access control systems * Access controller (not a security guard), responsible for condominium access control * Working hours: 7:00 AM \- 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday **REQUIREMENTS:** * 6 months of relevant experience * Honest * Responsible * Certificate of no criminal record * Completed high school education * Professional appearance **BENEFITS:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Timely payments * Stability and career development within the company * Transportation allowance * Food allowance Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term position Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 MXN per week Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term position Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $2,500\.00 \- $3,500\.00 MXN per week Work Location: On-site employment
