Join our team in the position of: **Digital Marketing Manager** **Position Objective** Develop digital strategies that drive acquisition of qualified prospects, optimize the brand’s digital presence, and strengthen commercial performance indicators. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (**degree mandatory**). * Minimum **5 years of experience** in similar positions. * Proven experience in **digital marketing strategies** (campaigns, performance, and content). * Knowledge of **website management, optimization, and SEO**. * Experience in **integrating websites and landing pages with CRM systems**. * Ability to **analyze metrics** and make data-driven decisions. * Leadership, collaborative work ethic, and strong results orientation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop digital communication materials and strategies jointly with Advertising, Design, and Digital Commercial Management departments. * Coordinate with Marketing Heads and Regional Management teams on **digital commercial action plans**. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns together with the Digital Commercial Department and media agency. * Drive **website positioning** on search engines and AI platforms. * Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure proper integration of forms and landing pages into the CRM. * Supervise and lead the **Community Managers team**. * Analyze social media and digital campaign metrics: **engagement, reach, interactions, and conversions**. **Our Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Savings box * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Grocery vouchers * Professional development and growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: $42,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
