If you are a team-oriented individual passionate about service, committed to continuous learning and discipline, Are you a student seeking practical experience? **Training Intern** How can you join our team? \- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or Business Administration. \- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \- Availability Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **What are the main responsibilities?** \- Assist in scheduling courses, workshops, and seminars. \- Collaborate in developing and reproducing training materials (presentations, manuals, exercise sheets, welcome kits). \- Send reminders, announcements, and invitations to participants and facilitators. \- Distribute and analyze post-training satisfaction surveys to measure program effectiveness. \- Assist in collecting data on attendance, performance, and training impact. **Work Location**: Guadalajara–Chapala Highway Km. 24\.5, Arrayanes Industrial Park, 45670 Guadalajara, Jal. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $7,000\.00 – $9,138\.78 per month Work Mode: On-site
