




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to track orders, monitor their status, manage returns, and handle collections. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor order status on the loading dock. Provide customer support via phone and WhatsApp. Manage merchandise returns. Collect payments for submitted orders. **Requirements:** CRM system proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills. Excellent organizational and administrative control skills. Punctual follow-up and attention to detail.
