Monitoring Executive Leading international transportation and logistics company Location: Near Adolf Horn and Periférico, Guadalajara, Jalisco A leading international transportation and logistics company is seeking talent to join its operational and monitoring team. We are looking for an organized, analytical individual with strong follow-up skills, capable of monitoring vehicles, responding to incidents, and maintaining constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments. We offer \* Salary: MXN 17,370 \* Statutory benefits \* Job stability \* Professional development \* Excellent work environment Schedule \* Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. \* Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Requirements \* Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in logistics, administration, or related field \* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics monitoring or traffic coordination \* Proficiency in Excel and tracking tools \* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure \* Excellent communication and operational follow-up skills \* Availability to respond to and track incidents \* Prior experience in logistics or transportation companies is preferred Key responsibilities \* Monitoring and tracking of vehicles and shipments \* Tracking route statuses and deliveries \* Constant communication with drivers and customers \* Reporting and follow-up on operational incidents \* Preparation and updating of monitoring reports \* Monitoring loading, transit, and delivery times \* Coordination with operational and administrative departments \* Updating information in the internal system \* Responding to and tracking requests related to logistics operations Ideal profile We seek a proactive, responsible individual with attention to detail, capable of maintaining precise control and timely follow-up of logistics operations, delivering efficient service and consistent communication throughout the operational process.
