We are hiring FIELD COLLECTION AGENTS Location: Multiplaza del Valle Tlajomulco We offer: * Monthly base salary * Performance bonuses ($3,000\) guaranteed for 4 months * Gasoline allowance * Training bonus of $2,400\.00 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Monthly gasoline allowance of $1,400\.00 via gasoline card * Uniforms * Training * Preferential loan program for employees * FONACOT * 100% IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions As a Collection Executive, your responsibilities include: * Managing delinquent customer portfolios * Conducting field routes to meet targets * Making calls and, where necessary, visiting registered customer addresses for payment non-compliance and collection requests * Developing new strategies to achieve objectives * Meeting the daily target Requirements: * Minimum age: 20 years old * Education: Secondary school or higher * Gender: Unrestricted * \*\*\*Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) is mandatory\*\*\* * Collection experience is NOT required.
