Job Summary: Ensure sales and customer service, promote products, and maintain a pleasant and clean environment in the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and sales at the counter and on the sales floor. 2. Inventory management and home delivery orders to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintenance of promotions and a harmonious work environment. ***PHARMACY MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROLE*** **Job Mission:** Ensure sales by delivering excellent customer service and attitude through adherence to protocols and operational procedures both on the sales floor and at the counter; promote the pharmacy’s diverse product offerings while ensuring a pleasant and clean environment. Responsibilities: * Sales and customer service * Conduct blind inventory checks at the start of each work shift according to service standards and protocols * Locate out-of-stock items via the system in other branches to provide better customer service. * Open the cash register and ensure correct application of service protocols and operational procedures. * Assign home delivery orders to the corresponding courier to guarantee timely delivery of requested products. * Stay updated on current promotions and featured products to mention them during sales and secondary sales efforts. * Open the pharmacy daily on time to ensure customers receive service in a clean environment and with proper sales processes. * Register biometrically upon arrival and departure from duties to avoid payroll discrepancies due to absences or tardiness. * Hand over cash drawer funds for end-of-day reconciliation, shortages, and overages. * Contribute to fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and courteous work environment.
