● General description Operate and control extrusion machines for plastic film manufacturing, ensuring final product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with safety and productivity standards. 2\. Key responsibilities and functions * **Prepare and adjust the extrusion machine**: Configure machinery according to specific product parameters (temperature, speed, pressure). * **Load raw materials** into the feed hopper and ensure adequate levels are maintained throughout the process. * **Monitor the extrusion process** to ensure the product meets required quality and dimensional specifications. * **Make adjustments during operation** in case of quality deviations or specification non-conformities. * **Verify product quality** through visual and measurement testing, performing periodic inspections. * **Record production data**, such as batch numbers, cycle times, output, and waste. * **Maintain extrusion equipment in good condition**, performing basic preventive maintenance tasks and reporting failures to maintenance personnel. * **Follow industrial safety procedures** for machinery operation and material handling. 3\. Job requirements ● Education: Completed high school (optional depending on experience). ● Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic balloon extrusion processes. ● Technical knowledge: Understanding of extrusion processes (operational parameters, product quality, temperatures, gauges, pyrometers, thermocouples, etc.), basic mathematics knowledge (primarily percentages).
