Fieldwork and government liaison **Job Objective** Provide support to the legal department by managing and executing procedures with public agencies and banking institutions, ensuring documentation organization, safekeeping, and control; maintaining cordial and effective relationships with various internal departments. **Responsibilities** · Carry out procedures and liaisons with municipal governments and public agencies. · Assist with banking and administrative procedures required by the legal department. · Organize, compile, and safeguard documentation related to procedures and case files. · Monitor procedure statuses and report progress in a timely manner. · Assist with administrative tasks within the department as needed. **Requirements** · Education: Law student or incomplete law degree (preferred). · Experience in fieldwork and/or government liaison. · Familiarity with the metropolitan area and surrounding zones. · Flexible schedule: 80% fieldwork and 20% office-based work. · Experience handling procedures with municipal governments and public agencies. · Valid driver’s license and proficiency operating standard automobiles and/or motorcycles. · Own motorcycle or vehicle for transportation (mandatory). · Personal mobile phone (required work tool). · High degree of honesty, urgency, and responsibility. **Technical Knowledge / Tools** · Proficiency in navigation applications (GPS) and messaging apps. · Basic document control skills (physical and digital files). Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $10,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
