Job Summary: We are seeking an active student pursuing a Technical Laboratory Technician degree or related field to support the laboratory of a company dedicated to the Operation of Wastewater Treatment Plants, performing basic analyses and sample preparation. Handling laboratory equipment and chemical products LABORATORY INTERN FOR WWTP Field of Study: Technical Laboratory Technician or related field (ACTIVE STUDENT) An active student is required to support our company's laboratory, which specializes in the Operation of Wastewater Treatment Plants. Responsibilities: Verification of receipt and preparation of composite samples. Performing basic analyses such as pH measurement, conductivity, temperature, titrations, and colorimetry, among others, in accordance with established procedures and involving low risk and exposure. Assisting with material preparation, including specific washing, taring to constant weight, and preparation of working solutions. Using and handling laboratory equipment and instruments, reporting any discrepancies. Assisting with preliminary sample treatment for analyses in areas including titrations, colorimetry, potentiometry, etc., under the supervision of the laboratory assistant and/or Laboratory Manager. Updating applicable logs within the laboratory’s corresponding management system.
