Team and customer relationship management: Manage and train the team, building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels as the key on-site contact point Vendor administration: Ensure vendors are properly managed, delivering services on time and within budget, complying with client procurement guidelines and JLL’s best practices Contract management: Plan and administer all contracts to ensure professional delivery at correct costs, monitoring expirations and initiating renewals when necessary Financial objective compliance: Actively work to ensure site financial operations meet or exceed objectives and control requirements, including JLL’s Code of Ethics Safety and regulatory compliance: Ensure provision of a safe working environment and compliance with legal requirements regarding fire, health, and safety Customer satisfaction and KPIs: Maintain high customer and user satisfaction with provided services, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys Budget management: Adhere to site operational budgets, including delivery of contractual savings targets and adherence to monthly/quarterly budget goals Continuous improvement: Recommend quality continuous improvement practices, implement industry best-practice operations, and periodically review existing operations to reduce costs Risk management: Ensure implementation and maintenance of a property risk management program, including audits, escalation procedures, and incident reporting Technical management of critical facilities: Understand and oversee fundamental technical aspects of the property (HVAC, cooling systems, PCI systems, mechanical and electrical systems, BMS) Required Experience and Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Business Administration 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields Knowledge of critical facilities Experience in contract administration (required) Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services Strong budget management and financial analysis skills Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a broad range of personnel and customer demands Proven experience with tenders and service improvement initiatives Solid PC proficiency and ability to manage daily activities using various systems Fluent English (reports to US) If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
