Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cost Analyst in construction and civil works to prepare price analyses, take-offs, and estimates. Key Highlights: 1. Main responsibilities required: ° Preparation of price analyses. ° Preparation of take-offs and estimates. Required software knowledge: ° Opus, Neodata, or similar tools. ° Microsoft Office suite. ° AutoCAD. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 1 PM and 3 PM to 7 PM.
