Job Summary: JLL seeks a Chief Engineer to provide strategic and tactical operational leadership, ensuring timely and quality engineering activities across multiple client accounts in Mexico. Provide strategic and tactical operational leadership, directing team activities within defined geographic boundaries across multiple client accounts in Mexico Ensure that engineering activities within the scope of Static Engineering Services are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards established by JLL and the client Guarantee 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs at assigned sites, generating timely and accurate reporting Ensure timely response to corrective maintenance requests generated by each client, documenting response times in respective systems Ensure all services performed by crews are documented promptly via reports and/or automated management systems (e.g., Corrigo) Ensure the workforce has all necessary tools and resources to carry out assigned tasks (tools, vehicles, uniforms, stationery, consumables, spare parts, per diems, etc.) Desired experience and technical skills Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer; degree holder or nearing graduation Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English) Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as 360 Facility, Maximo, Corrigo, and familiarity with maintenance programs Knowledge of inventory and budgeting systems Experience managing vehicle fleets Ability to handle and interpret financial reports Practical knowledge of tools and techniques aligned with Best Practices If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
