Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / General Cleaner to ensure a clean, orderly, safe, and hygienic work environment across all company facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain hygiene and order in various areas of the company. 2. Ensure a clean and productive work environment. 3. Manage cleaning supplies and cleaning routines. With over 30 years of experience, we are currently seeking a **Cleaning Supervisor / General Cleaner**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Guarantee a clean, orderly, safe, and hygienic work environment across all company facilities, contributing to employee well-being, health, and productivity, as well as to the organization’s positive image. **REQUIREMENTS:** * · Education: Completed secondary school. * · Desired training: Basic cleaning and chemical handling training or course. * · Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in cleaning or general maintenance, preferably in offices, warehouses, or industrial spaces. * · Knowledge of cleaning techniques. * · Safe handling of cleaning materials and products (disinfectants, detergents, degreasers). **ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS:** * Ability to establish daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines. * Ability to maintain basic inventory control of supplies and consumables (soap, toilet paper, coffee) and promptly report restocking needs. * Organization and task prioritization according to area requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive cleaning: Perform deep cleaning and daily maintenance of offices, hallways, staircases, and common areas. * Sanitary hygiene: Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and restocking of restrooms and sanitary facilities several times per day. * Waste management: Properly sort and dispose of garbage and waste, ensuring correct disposal. * Order and furniture: Maintain orderly arrangement of furniture and workspaces, ready for use. * Basic support: Prepare coffee or provide basic assistance during internal meetings or for visitors, as requested. **BENEFITS** * · GROSS MONTHLY SALARY $9,000\.00 \+ Statutory benefits and uniform. * · **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * · **WORK LOCATION**: Lomas del Montenegro, El Salto, Jalisco. * **TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT:** Cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment, cleaning materials and supplies.
