Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Responsible Director to supervise and validate structural, technical, and regulatory compliance for industrial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Solid track record in the development and construction of industrial warehouses 2. Experience in supervision, regulatory compliance, and technical project management 3. Strong expertise in structural calculation We are looking for a Project Responsible Director to be hired on a per-project basis, with a solid background in industrial developments and industrial warehouse construction. Required Profile: \* Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects and industrial warehouses. \* Proven experience in projects ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 m² or larger. \* Professional qualification: Civil Engineer and/or Structural Engineer. \* Strong expertise in structural calculation. \* Experience in supervision, regulatory compliance, and technical project management. \* Availability for project-based employment. Main Responsibilities: Serve as the Project Responsible Director for the project. Supervise structural, technical, and regulatory compliance. Validate construction processes and on-site safety. Coordinate technical reviews and project progress. Salary: $1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
