Job Summary: This multifaceted role encompasses tasks related to order, cleaning, minor maintenance, and gardening, ensuring a functional and safe work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Varied responsibilities in maintenance and cleaning 2. No prior experience required 3. Use of basic tools for various tasks **Order and Cleaning:** o Placement and replacement of water jugs in different areas. o Handling and changing garbage bags in designated containers. o Compacting garbage into bales. o Maintaining general order in common and work areas. **Minor Maintenance:** o Performing minor repairs such as fixing hinges, doors, etc. o Installing screws, nails, or mounting hardware for fire extinguishers. o Applying or placing labels and signage. o Painting traffic lines for worker safety. **Gardening (as needed):** o Pruning trees and shrubs. o Mowing grass in green areas. **Industrial Safety (as needed)** Requirements * Required education level: Elementary school * Experience: Not required * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): * Proficiency with basic tools Schedule * Monday to Friday * Full-time * Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:35 PM, including a 30-minute break Functions and Activities * Maintain general order in common and work areas. * Handle and change garbage bags in designated containers. * Place and replace water jugs in different areas. * Paint traffic lines for worker safety.
