Job Summary: This Regulatory Compliance Officer role ensures that all products comply with applicable regulations and standards, with experience in standard interpretation, certifications, and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with product regulations and standards. 2. Experience in interpreting SCFI and ENER standards. 3. Document and file management for products. **Recruitment 4.0 is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer in El Salto, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------ Position Title: **Regulatory Compliance Officer** Department: **QMS** **Requirements:** * Technical degree; Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Business Administration is preferred. * 1 year of verifiable experience interpreting SCFI and ENER standards. * 1 year of verifiable experience in Product Certification. * 1 year of verifiable experience in Tariff Certification. * 1 year of verifiable experience in Finished Product Inspection. * Intermediate-level knowledge of electrical measurement instruments and metrology. * Intermediate-level knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations (high-voltage installations are preferred). * Ability to read and interpret product drawings at an intermediate level and regulatory documentation at an advanced level. * Proficient document and file management for products. * Identification of nonconformities. **GENERAL FUNCTION:** Ensure that all products manufactured, assembled, and/or marketed by the Company comply with applicable regulations and standards.
